Kelly Bailey is a passionate advocate and practitioner for Design Thinking at IBM in San Francisco. She is motivated by simplifying complex technology and creating rich User Experiences. After receiving her Masters of Graphic Design from North Carolina State University, she taught as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Dayton where she earned a BFA in Visual Communication Design. She has worked the past several years as a UX Designer and Design Researcher, completing work for Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, IBM, and IBM Cloudant. She currently shares her passion for education by teaching cross-disciplinary teams and leading workshops about IBM Design Thinking.
