PANEL DISCUSSION: So, You Want To Run a Design Agency...

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This is a panel discussion.

The first 50 minutes will be conversation between the panelists. There will then be a 20 minute break, and up to another 50 minutes for Q&A between the audience and the panelists.

Are you considering starting your own agency? Do you run an agency and wonder how others do it? Here's your chance to peek behind the curtain. This panel is an honest discussion from masters in the industry of what works and doesn't work in the agency world. It is a discussion of operations, logistics, people and project management, client management, business development and what it takes to succeed in the design business world. Join principals from top large and small agencies for a frank conversation and get your burning questions answered. Hear horror stories of what happened when things went wrong, learn how we fixed it, and avoid the mistakes we all made.
